Brian Gregory and Miriam Gregory (formerly Campbell) were married on July 26, 1980 in Vancouver, B.C. at the South Main Street Gospel Hall. They now have four children, namely, Titus, Isaac, Joy and Caleb. They are both insurance brokers. They purchased Rainbow Insurance Agency Ltd.in 1981 and have been operating it to date.

Miriam has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. She also has her level three insurance licence, the highest level of licencing available from the Insurance Council. She has also completed the Fellowship program of the Insurance Institute of Canada and is entitled to use the designation F.C.I.P. This program requires the completion of 12 technical insurance courses of the Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada program as a prerequisite and an additional 10 university level courses related to insurance.

Brian completed third year in Computer Science at the University of British Columbia. He also has a level three general insurance licence and in addition has a life insurance licence. He has completed the Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada program and is entitled to use the designation F.I.I.C. This program requires the completion of 12 technical insurance courses of the Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada program as a prerequisite and an additional 10 university level courses related to insurance. Brian also received his commission as a notary public in 1994 after completing the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia two year preparatory course and the passing of the required six Statutory Examinations for notary publics.

Brian and Miriam have both completed the Competent Toastmaster program which includes passing a series of ten speeches which are required to meet the requirements as laid out in the Toastmaster Communication and Leadership Manual. They quit the Toastmaster club. Miriam is now attending a competitve scrabble club of which Miriam is a director.

Caleb attends the Sixteenth Avenue Gospel Chapel, a non-denominational and independent Christian church. Caleb was baptized at Sixteenth Avenue Gospel Chapel on November 27, 2005. Brian and Miriam used to attend the Willingdon Church on Saturday evenings. Now they attend the West Side Church on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. Brian has graduated from the Navigator 2:7 course put out by Discipleship International and is helping with their Union Gospel Mission outreach program. Miriam has finished taking a class on the Names of God at Willingdon Church and has also graduated from the Navigator 2:7 course put out by Discipleship International. This course has now been renamed "Equip to Serve." Miriam has just finished teaching the first of the six terms of the Equip to Serve course. Caleb was alo one of her students. Brian and Miriam have finished a course on missions at Willingdon Church on Monday evenings called "Perspectives." Brian has finished teaching a course on Discovering your Spritual Gifts and has just started teaching a course on Discovering the Church Family. Some biblical sites that Brian is interested in are Institute of Basic Life Principles, prophecy, way of salvation, and post-tribulation rapture. Caleb and Brian are memorizing Psalms 1, 19, 23 & 100 from the Bible. Titus and Brian are memorizing the Sermon on the Mount. Titus has finished one of the courses put on by Bible Study Fellowship International program. Miriam is helping to organize the Discipleship International Half Day of Prayer which occurs three times a year at the Tenth Avenue Alliance Church. Titus is helping by playing the piano at the Discipleship International Half Day of Prayer.

Miriam & Brian went with Discipleship International on a mission trip to Fiji in July 2005 for three weeks. In October 2007 Brian & Miriam went on a two week Prayer & Awarness mission trip to India with a team of 12 from Westside Church. In December 2007 Brian, Miriam, Joy & Caleb all went on a two week short term mission to Haiti. We worked at a chidren's home in Port au Prince called His Home for Children.

Titus is a student at Simon Fraser University.

Isaac was an honours student at Kitsilano High School. He finished his second year in computer science at Simon Fraser University at the Burnaby campus. He decided not to return to Simon Fraser University as he is now a guild master in the online computer game called "World of Warcraft" which is now his full time occupation. Recently he got tired of using Caleb's computer and bought himself a new computer. He also works part time at Rainbow Insurance Agency Ltd. doing bookkeeping on the computer and by sending out our Autoplan renewal notices. He also has obtained his general insurance salesman licence and is quite proficient at selling Autoplan insurance.

Joy has graduated from Kitsilano High School. She is now working at the Whitespot restaurant on West Boulevard as a host. She is also taking courses at Vancouver Community College on a part time basis. Her email address is joy_xox@hotmail.com

Caleb is in grade 11 as a student at Kitsilano High School. He also is active in his youth group at Sixteenth Avenue Gospel Chapel. He also comes with his dad to the Union Gospel Mission on most every third Friday of thbe month. He is also taking kickboxing classes. He also likes snow skiing and snow boarding. He purchased a computer and a game cube with his own money and loves playing his games on our T.V.

Sushi, our Chow dog, and Mo, our gray guinea pig, have died. We have three pets left, two cats: Smokey and Minou, and one dog, Kobe, an Alaskan Malamut.

In 2003 our family went on three summer vacations. Our first was a two week vacation to Reno Nevada (where Miriam won US$400 at a scrabble tournament) and Disneyland and California Adventure in California. We also visited Crater Lake, the National Lava Bed Monument, and Yosemite National Park. Our second vacation was to Camp Imadene for a week at Mesachie Lake for a bible family camp. Our third vacation was for five days hiking the 47 km Juan de Fuca trail in the southwest region of Vancouver Island from Jordan River to Port Renfrew.

In 2004 Caleb, Miriam and Brian went to Mount St Helens for a holiday. Caleb, Miriam & Brian also went to Six Flags in Washington state. Joy, Titus and Brian all went scuba diving In Sechelt. Miriam & Caleb also came but didn't go diving. Joy passed her PADI diving certification. Titus and Brian passed the Advanced Padi diving course. Joy, Caleb, Miriam and Brian also went to the Camp Imadene Family Camp again. Joy also went to Keats Bible Camp. Caleb and Titus went to Anvil Island Bible Camp. Isaac stayed home and looked after our pets while we were away.

In 2005 our first holiday for Miriam & Brian was the last week of our three week mission trip to Fiji. We both went scuba diving on South Sea Island after getting there by a catamaran from where we were staying at a resort called Trendwest on Denarau Island. We also went on a South Pacific Island cultural tour and a tour by motorized canoe up a beautiful tropical river and experienced a Kava ceremony in a Fijian traditional village. Miriam went to a museum in the capital city of Fiji, called Suva while Brian went scuba diving on Beka Island. Our second holiday was in Kelowna, where Caleb, Miriam & Brian joined Brian's brothers Ken & Don Gregory and their wives, Sara & Christine, and their kids Joshua, Ellery, Ashley & Alexa and Brian' cousin, Laura and her husband, Jeff and their kids, Jordan & Emma and Brian's aunt, Shirley Ades to celebrate Ken & Don's 50th birthday. Ken, Don, Brian, Caleb and Joshua went waterskiing on Okanagan Lake. For our third holiday, Brian, Miriam, Joy and Caleb went with Creation Safaris for a rafting trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. We also had a plane trip to the Bar Ten Ranch where Joy & Brian went on their first All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trip. Joy, Caleb & Brian also went horseback riding. We also all took a helicopter ride from the Bar Ten Ranch to the bottom of the Grand Canyon to board the rafts. (Brian accidentally dropped his digital camera out the window of the helicopter.) When we got back from the Grand Canyon, Joy's friend, Regina, joined us in Las Vegas for a week. We went to lots of shows. Brian & Miriam liked going to the Star Trek museum in the Hilton Hotel. Joy and Caleb liked going to the Stratosphere Hotel where they have the highest extreme rides including a roller coaster.

In 2006 Brian, Miriam, Joy & Caleb went on a tour of Israel in May with the Christian Jew Foundation. It included a couple of days in Jordan where we went to Petra and saw the site where Jesus wa baptised by John the Baptist. We also went to Eilat at the extreme southern tip of Israel. We took a boat ride out into the Red Sea where Brian, Joy & Caleb went para sailing off the back of a boat on a long rope. Near Eilat we also visited a full size replica of Moses' tabernacle in the wilderness. In July Brian, Miriam, Joy & Caleb went to Sechelt for a holiday. Brian & Titus took a specialty diving course on the use of Nitrox which allows you to stay down on longer dives than is allowed with ordinary air. Caleb & Joy also went scuba diving. Brian sprained his ankle when he tripped in the parking lot of the scuba diving shop. In July 2006, Brian, Miriam & Titus went to Barb Pybus' wedding to Rene Aebi in Sechelt at the Daliah farm. In August 2006, Brian Miriam & Caleb and Caleb Tin went to Hope to a Creation Camp sponsored by the Creation Science Association of BC. As the camp is owned by the Seventh Day Adventists, all the food was vegetarian.

In February 2007 Brian & Miriam went to Las Vegas for a weekend for free as a result of attending a time share presentation. In July Brian, Miriam, Titus, Joy & Caleb went to Sechelt for a week. Titus and Brian went scuba diving one day and on the boat trip to the dive site saw a large school of about 50 porpoises in Sechelt Inlet. Later in July Brian, Miriam, Titus, Joy & Caleb went on a backpacking trip to Manning Park with Westside Outdoors which is a club run by Westside Church. The first day of the hike it rained all day and we got soaked. Thankfully, it didn't rain for the rest of the trip. On July 26 Brian's mom & dad (Ted & Fran) celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in Harrison Hot Springs. All our relatives were invited. We had a good time eating good hotel food and swimming in the hot spring pools. In August Brian & Miriam went for a marriage retreat in Whistler put on by Discipleship International. Also in Ausust Brian, Joy & Caleb participated in a triathalon at Harrison Mills. They swam 400 meters in Harrison River, rode 20 km by bicycle, & ran 5 km. Miriam also came and acted as the support person. In September Miriam and Joy (and her two friends Irina & Reuvena) went to Portland. joy and her friends went shopping and Miriam attended a Scrabble Tournament. Also, Miriam & Brian went to Whistler for a weekend while they attended the notary public annual convention. They also went to Kelowna for India mission trip training. In October Miriam went to Calgary to attend another tournament. She stayed at Don & Christine's home.
