COVID 19 Precautions

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, Rainbow Insurance Agency Ltd. and Brian Gregory - Notary Public have taken the following measures to reduce the risk of the spread of disease:

• Installed plexiglass shields at client desks.
• Moved chairs to enforce social distancing.
• Given options for clients to purchase their insurance remotely via phone, email and mail.
• Asked insurance clients to enter the office through the front door and notary clients to enter through the rear door to reduce through office traffic.
• Posted signs regarding COVID19 rules on both front and rear doors.
• Not permitting more than two clients to be in the office at one time for each business.
• Provided hand sanitizer for employees and clients.
• Use disinfecting wipes on surfaces touched by clients or employees on a daily basis.
