Brian Gregory has been serving Vancouver's Notary Public needs since 1994. Brian Gregory has also been the president of Rainbow Insurance Agency Ltd. since 1981.

The tradition of Notaries Public goes back over 2000 years. A Notary Public provides non-contentious legal services to the public in a number of areas, including wills, advanced health directives, powers of attorney, notarizations, property conveyances, mortgages, and legal name changes.
